SHIPPING POLICY

Where We Ship

We currently ship to customers worldwide, with tracked delivery available for both domestic and international orders. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us directly and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Processing Time

As a curated vintage business, we ship once your order has been carefully quality-checked, wrapped, and packaged.
Processing time: 3–5 business days from the close of each drop.

Please note that orders placed during a collection release may take slightly longer due to higher order volumes.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. We offer flat rates or carrier-calculated options for transparency.

  • Domestic (within your country): Standard Tracked Shipping

  • International: Tracked International Shipping via national or courier services

  • Free shipping may be available for select drops or on orders over a certain threshold (optional)

 

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Domestic: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days depending on customs and local carriers

You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.

 

Customs & Import Fees

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. We do not mark packages as gifts or undervalue shipments.

Packaging

All items are packaged with care using eco-conscious materials when possible. Jewelry ships in a protective box or pouch, suitable for gifting.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns

Due to the nature of vintage and one-of-a-kind items, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing, or fit.

However, if there is a clear issue with your order (e.g., incorrect item received or item significantly not as described), please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we will review the case individually.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • The wrong item was shipped

  • The item was damaged during transit

  • The item is materially different from the description

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping Damages

All orders are carefully packaged, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including a partial refund, full refund, or replacement (if possible).
